This is a promo card, that might have been used as a divider card in record stores.
It is for his 1997 box set "The Complete Hits Collection 1973-1997".      The front looks just like the album cover.       His name and the album title are at the bottom.    The back side has his name and the album title at the top.  Below that are details about the box set : "Greatest Hits Volumes 1 & 2 : 20 - Bit Digitally Remastered For The First Time", Plus "Greatest Hits Volume 3", "A Fourth bonus disc / cassette of rare, previously unreleased live and studio recordings",  "A comprehensive 44 page booklet including Billy's handwritten lyrics, brand new photographs, an extensive essay on his career and more",   "Complete track information and song lyrics".
This was printed by Columbia Records.    The front is printed in black & white and the back is blue & white.       It is 15 inches tall by 8 inches wide.
Condition is : Mint-
There are no tears, no staple holes, and no pin holes.          This is my only one.

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.       It will package this in an oversize three sided tube, so that this will wrap around inside and not get bent or folded.
